<h3>INSTRUCTIONAL COURSE DESCRIPTION</h3>
<p>The course is applicable for those individuals seeking a comprehensive overview for starting and operating a gelato, premium ice cream, and soft serve yogurt retail operation. A significant part of the two-day class will serve as helpful “refresher” for those currently open &amp; operating.</p>
<p>Two day academic course: 10:00am to 4:00pm both days.</p>
